  • 3D Surface Deviation

    DI3Danalyse™ 3D Surface Deviation

    DI3Danalyse™ provides a powerful surface deviation visualisation tool, which makes it easy to see where the shapes of two aligned surfaces are similar and where they differ.

    The surface deviations are displayed as a colour coded overlay on one of the 3D surface images. Colours represents the amount of deviation. The user can control the range of deviation that is displayed, so even very small deviations can be pinpointed.

  • 3D Volume Measurement

    DI3Danalyse™ 3D Volume Measurement

    DI3Danalyse™ provides a simple and effective volume difference measurement tool.

    Once two surfaces have been aligned, a patch of a 3D surface image can be selected quickly using the area select tool in DI3Dview™. The difference in volume between the 3D surface image's selcted region and another 3D surface image can then be calculated at the touch of a button.

    DI3Danalyse™ 3D Surface Area Measurement

    DI3Danalyse™ also provides a simple and effective surface area mesurement tool.

    Apatch of a 3D surface image can be selected quickly using the area select tool in DI3Dview™. The surface area of the selected region can then be calculated at the touch of a button.

  • 3D Point Measurement

    DI3Danalyse™ 3D Point Measurement

    The DI3Danalyse™ Point Measurement tool provides a range of basic landmark measurement functions, which include: distance between two landmarks, ratio of two distances, three point angle measurement and four point angle measurement.

    Template Landmarks and Measurement Sets can be saved and loaded, providing a natural framework for consitent, quick an easy analysis over multiple subjects.

  • 3D Symmetry Analysis

    DI3Danalyse™ 3D Symmetry Analysis

    As an extension to the Landmark based Point Measurements, DI3Danalyse™ also offers a powerful symmetry analysis system to calculate the asymmetry present in a set of landmarks.

    An overall 'symmetry score' is displayed in conjunction with the deviation for each landmark in the symmetry landmark set.

  • 3D ICP Alignment

    DI3Danalyse™ 3D ICP Alignment

    DI3Danalyse™ provides efficient tools to align 3D surface images to each other. Multiple 3D surface images can be aligned together, by selecting a surface patch in one 3D surface image and automatically aligning to the others using a highly optimised Iterative Closest Point (ICP) algorithm.

  • 3D World Alignment

    DI3Danalyse™ 3D World Alignment

    DI3Danalyse™ also provides tools to align 3D surface images to a particular frame of reference e.g. the Frankfort Plane or the Reid Plane. Multiple 3D surface images can be aligned together by superimposing common landmarks.
